Interested in a conversion? Here's how it works.

Step One:

Please contact us through email or our contact form. We will want to know:

• What type of van you have

• What features you would like to have in your van

• Where you are located

• Any photos of other vans you like

• Any other information you’d like to share

Step Two:

INTRODUCTORY PHONE CALL – We’re excited to chat and hear exactly what you’d love in your van. If we all decide we’re the right team to build your dream van and we’re in agreeance to move forward, we’ll give you a ballpark estimate and then get back to you with a detailed estimate and build plan.

DETAILED DESIGN PHONE CALL – When we talk to you again, we’ll have the price of your build and walk you through every piece that will be included in your van. This phone call can take up to two hours so we charge $150 for a detailed estimate (deducted from the total cost of your van build),

DEPOSIT – To reserve a spot on our schedule we require a $2,500 non-refundable deposit (to be applied to the final cost of your van).

Step Three:

FINAL DESIGN MEETING – At this time, we will go over your van build and finalize colors, finishes, hardware, and hear if there’s anything you’ve thought of or changed your mind about. We will also finalize the build estimate and invoice you for parts and materials (50% of the build cost). We will then begin purchasing materials for your build. Some products have a long lead time, so ordering ahead of time is very important.

Step 4:

Drop off your van! Here’s where we get to work building your dreams into a reality. Depending on your build, it will take 2-5 months for us to finish your build. We will remain in close communication throughout the entire process and send weekly updates. Once we are two weeks away from finishing, we ill invoice you for the remaining 50% and arrange when you can come pick up your van. Any remaining balance will need to be paid before you can hit the road!

Get started building your dream van!
